After looking on and off for a couple of years, we found it!! This buyer LOVES Madelia and wanted to call it home for years to come, when we found this one, we KNEW. So much potential and yet perfect as is!! Though they're all special; this one was extra special as the buyer has been a dear friend since grade school. I love what I do!
